Loyal fans of the pop star are demanding that a individual who leaped a fence and grabbed the performer during the recent Wicked: For Good launch be detained or removed from Singapore.

A widely shared video depicts the individual from Australia pushing past camera operators and charging at Grande while the cast walked down a event pathway surrounded by onlookers.

Co-star Cynthia Erivo immediately pulled the surprised actress away from Mr Wen, who was seen being led away of the premiere by event staff.

Mr Wen posted on Instagram recently that he was "free after being taken in", though legal records revealed that he was scheduled to be present on the next day. It is uncertain if he was charged.

Pattern of Disruptions

This is part of a pattern for Mr Wen, who labels himself a "Notorious Troublemaker", has invaded a concert or event. His Instagram profile features clips of him disrupting other high-profile occasions, including breaching the performance area at Katy Perry's Sydney performance in recently and in a like fashion during The Chainsmokers concert in the same location last December.

"Steps should be implemented taken against him as this is obviously a punishable act," wrote an Instagram user, in a reply to a video Mr Wen posted of his act.

"This appears to be a habit... why are you not imprisoned?" another Instagram user remarked.

Supporters Express Concern Over Ariana's Well-being

Numerous fans accused Mr Wen for "causing further distress" Grande, who had spoken of dealing with PTSD after a devastating incident at the finale of her May 2017 show in Manchester, claiming the lives of 22 people and injuring numerous individuals.

"Ariana has been through so many scary things... and at her Manchester concert and you thought it would be fun to jump the barricade?" commented a further response on Instagram.

Several attendees also questioned event staff at the gathering for not being vigilant enough; while different individuals requested social media platforms to block Mr Wen's uploads.

Reaction and Premiere Information

In videos spreading on the internet, Grande seemed shocked when she was grabbed by the intruder. Her cast members Michelle Yeoh and Erivo can be seen comforting her while Mr Wen was led out by guards.

Grande has remained silent on the event, and the remaining proceedings proceeded as normal.
